As a parent of a 6 year old girl who loves sweets and cakes etc I empathise with you. I wouldn’t dream of giving you advice on your daughters condition as I only have a limited understanding of the Type 2 version. But I shall watch how you get on with interest.
I liked @Diakat ‘s post above and could imagine implementing that approach if I were in your shoes.
