Recently Diagnosed

Hi All,

I got diagnosed just over a month ago and found it a shock to start.

My diet was awful, Drank Coke for England etc so no shock it lead to this..

BMI was 27 so not massively out but learning how keep the Blood sugar in check. Just want to say how reassuring comments on this forum are and realise I am not alone in this

In the months before I was dx I was drinking gallons of the stuff. It was a symptom, not a cause, don't beat yourself up. I hadn't drunk coke for around 30 years.
