Recently T1. Wanting advice on sports supplements

Hi All.

Was diagnosed in February aged 20. Previous been a obsessive gym user which I have just started to get back into. Just wondering if anyone has any experience of being t1 and taking protein and more inportantly creatine.

I have sourced a protein powder with very little carbs so no problem there.

Not looking to get into the whole debate of whether taking these products is worth it etc. Just looking for advice on effects etc. Whether it's safe.
