Recipe book recommendations?

Does anyone have any recipe book recommendations? I've tended to use books like The Hairy Dieters, and have just got the TwoChubbyCubs - both aimed at low calorie rather than diabetes control in particular. Does anyone have any other suggestions for healthy but tasty recipe books - I really struggle to maintain dietary control unless I find a meal tasty!

This English family does a wide range of low carb recipes - available either as books or free on line

Last few months I also found the best recipe book, then someone recommended it to me, Cooking for Jeffrey. This is very good for cooking recipes.
Doesn't look very suitable for diabetics.
Do you have any idea of how high such a giant piece of cake would make our blood sugars rise?

Let's NOT buy this book.

Michael Mosley brought three diet books out in the last two to three years. All the recipes in the books are amazing and very easy to cook. We now have all three and have never ate better and lost two stone each in the process. The books are written for diabetics.

I think it might be okay for Jeffreys diabetes, but unfortunately it would send me screaming like a banshee to the hills lol
