I have been browsing around the internet for some diabetic recipes and found that Diabetes UK has a big data base of recipes for all kinds of meals and including very yummy desserts and cakes. I do not know if they are all low carb but if not I am sure the low carbers would be able to adapt them to suit their self

unfortunatly DUK is biased towards type 1 diabetics who can basically eat whatever they like as long as they adjust there insulin accordingly, so they won't be low carb, there is a huge amount of recipes that are low carb on the forum

Yep,plenty of low/reduced carb recipes on here and on the web in general if you do a Google search...DUK recipes aren't really suitable for those of us who choose to control our levels through low carb diets.

I did really think that Diabetes UK would be a good web site as they do have plenty of information on there about diabetes
I was not really looking for just low carb recipes as I don't do that but just some low fat ones and sugar free desserts and puds
