Prediabetes Recommend Protein Shakes

I don't have a problem with Protein shakes for the right reason but won't do what you want them for. Basically they won't fill you up the way real food will. What they will do is allow you to take in more calories/protein if you are struggling to do this with real food. In your case I'd stick to food as the bulk will help to keep you feeling full. Something like a chicken breast and broccoli would be better for you.
