Recommendations for any eye hospitals

Hi

Can anybody recommend any hospitals in the Leeds/Bradford/Halifax area that treat retinopathy. It's been stable for a couple of years but get checked every 3 months, I had a bad experience with one which will remain nameless but my eyes are very important to me and due to moving will now have to leave my current hospital.

I'd have thought any big NHS hospital in those areas would have an Ophthalmology clinic that' will treat diabetic retinopathy.
