Hi there
My partner has type 1 diabetes. For the past couple of years he's been going to the Chelsea & Westminster hospital for his regular diabetic check ups etc. However, there have been a catalogue of errors, his notes lost and generally very erratic treatment, seeing different locum staff each time.
We've just found out that through NHS Choice it may be possible to transfer to another London hospital. And I was wondering in any Londoners on here could recommend somewhere that works well, treats you as an individual and gives good patient care.
Any recommendations would be much appreciated.
