I am just a bit concerned today. I just saw my left eye is quite red and the veins I can see are red probably with blood. I am having sore itchy eyes since few days and they were a little dry too. I was having to concentrate a little bit more and hence I was feeling tiredness in the eyes as if I have kept them open for too long. I asked the dn about it she said since ur BG is now coming down the body is just getting used to it. I asked her that I was asked by gp to go for an eye test but I did not get anything to come. Then when I had another appointment I told the doc there too and he just said I will chase it up and wrote it down on a piece of paper, I insisted him to write this on records but he said its fine it's the same thing and he will chase it up. So in about little more than a month when I asked the doc to have my eye screening done I told two more people and I am still no where.
Should I be concerned with this.
I think my number on the glasses have changed definitely but I have not yet got a new glass as I was just diagnosed 2 months ago and with sugar coming to normal level I thought I will do it in a few months but after seeing my eye today I am a bit concerned.
Anyone can suggest anything on this please.
