regarding medication

Dear sir/madam, I am 41 years old , my fasting blood sugar level is 97 and my post meal sugar is 208 also average sugar is 174.5 what medication i have to take. i have maintain normal fasting level by excersise and diet

Welcome to the forum.

I take it that the numbers you quote are in mg/dl.

Are you a diagnosed diabetic? A fasting level of 97 is non diabetic but a post meal level of over 200 is rather high. How soon after a meal did you test? You should test after 2 hours.

Only your doctor can prescribe medicine to you, so please arrange a visit to discuss matter with him.
