Regular moderate exercise log

Haven't read the ?ink, but if that's Jo Brand, serious respect in this weather.

In the warm and dry today, a horrid, nasty interval session on the indoor rower

ok finally I am able to hit the ground again. 55minutes, 5k walk+mild jog, 600 calories. Importantly, I got this out of my way in the morning.

Tomorrow I have to trek on a little hill, so will not do any other workout.

Hiit class yesterday, I ache today. Brisk walk to the shop today but lazy otherwise.

Rode the bike into town for shopping g yesterday, and an easy 50 mins on the turbo. If the weather clears I'll try and get out on the bike later, if not more turboing.

Family day out in London. Husband's activity tracker shows over 13000 steps so must have done similar.

Anyone got idea how long side effects last I take 100mg sitaglaptin for 2 weeks getting headaches and giddy.last 3 days got so much pain in my knees can't walk painkillers don't work

Sorry can't help, but for some reason I read that as weedkillers don't help

4 miles today, an hour this afternoon and half an hour this evening.

ok, I managed to do another 5k this evening; nice breeze; little sunshine. 55 minutes; 600 calories; 5.9km

Weekly totals: 170 minutes of workouts; Distance: 7.3miles; calories: 1700. I am falling short of my weekly averages; not sure how the next week goes.

I just realized it is the end of the month. My monthly totals:/ Jan 2016:

# of Workouts: 41
Distance : 42 miles
Time : 16 and half hours
Calories: 9240

Then I set a new goal from tomorrow; 30 days - 11,000 calories. My previous goals was 12,000 calories in 30 days; failed to achieve [could get up to 9,280 calories in 30 days] that. So this time, I reduced my goal to 11,000. The green lines show the start and end of the goals; the black lines show my workouts. A few days are blank, indicating that I did not anything. See pic below:

My walk yesterday afternoon was shorter than planned when I got to the section of footpath which was under water! This weather really doesn't help, does it?* Mind you, I think the few other people I meet on muddy paths are so surprised to see anyone out walking, I get more chats-on-the-way than usual.

*The UK residents will understand this!

Just under 2hrs walking quite a bit of it steps.
