Much like my old (ancient) Jane Fonda tape, but faster paced. I hope to use this to kickstart my strength training. I also found a Tai Chi class on Youtube that may be good for me. Like I really have the time for all of this. No music got learned, and that is a huge black mark. Ugh!</p></blockquote><p></p>
