Remarkable

i dont like slimming world after seeing the complete lack of success my wife and others have achieved doing it but i suppose this proves anything will work if you stick to it, good for him

I don't think he'll dumping his good lady any-time soon, it was those words that spurred him on to go to Slimming World and lose the weight, given he was on oxygen and ill health beforehand she's probably saved his life, but what a journey and what a remarkable transformation.

Zand, it worked for my Mrsand there was also a chap with type 2 on the course who lost 5 stone, depending upon what you eat it may/may not be suitable, however there's no harm in asking.
