I popped your figures in here to get your ratios - http://www.hughcalc.org/chol-si.php so at the moment your trigs to HDL ratio is 1.8 - so the aim would be to lower it 1 or under. Have you been losing weight - if so, cholesterol figures can be unreliable until your weight has stabilised for a while.
Weirdly, I was losing weight during my first 10 months and had 4 cholesterol tests in that time. No issues at all, just improvements, although to be fair I always had very good lipids anyway.

I need to lost 5kg to my target yet - 95kg today -> 90kg ideally on 1.6. After that there will be 20 days of stability. We will see... Thank you both for important information.
