Dear all, Just wanted to share this update: I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes in early Dec 2020. A1C: 11.7% Fasting glucose: 18.9 I have been on 250mg of Metformin once a day and HFLC diet. 3 month follow-up test: A1C: 5.5% Fasting Glucose: 6.2 Metformin still on as recommended by my Doctor. May 12th 2021: Got a hypoglycemia attack. Blood glucose went as low as 2.9. Ate apple and energy bar to back in control. May 15th 2021: One more hypoglycemia attack during sleep. Glucose level was between 3 and 4 for an hour before going up. Dr. recommended I should stop Metformin. Hopefully, I can manage it without medication. I am really thankful to this forum. LCHF diet, physical activity, stress management, and CGM device helped me alot. I feel many other friends here can achieve this. Cheers
