I weight train and have quite a lot of carbs to give me the energy but some seem to think fat can do the same (Me - No). I have probably (50-100g) before i start 1-2hr muscle / circuit / boxercise)
Try a lean mass protein powder which is high carb content.
i did resistance training whilst low carbing, it was hard but i never did it before low carbing so have nothing to compare it lol sorry

There's no fear of any hardcore cardio from me right now with this dodgy leg of mine! I used to be partial to a good spinning session though and am missing that
