I just had my test results and all were fine but my HDL had gone up to 2.01 mol - (LDL 3.3, trigs 0.7) giving me an HDL/LDL ratio of 0.615. Is 2.01 disastrously high? I won't be seeing the DN for a couple of weeks so would appreciate your thoughts/experience.
My Hba1c was 33.

HDL high is brilliant ...your Trig/HDL ratio is truly amazing well done. 0.7/2.01 = 0.348

"
TG/HDL-C ratio less than 0.87 is ideal

TG/HDL-C ratio above 1.74 is too high

TG/HDL-C ratio above 2.62 is much too high "

Well done all your results are excellent - HDL is good cholesterol high is good.
