The accuracy of the calculated result is quite precise, and the error may be up to several percentage points (usually +/- ~ 3%). The result should be confronted with the table that can be found in the article "Physical attractiveness and body fat level". The BF% indicator can become an indicator of the physical condition and state of health for many, and can be used to monitor the course of the diet and changes in the body subjected to training reducing unnecessary fat tissue.
