Well done Swiggy, you are on the right track.
Your cholesterol ratio is just above where it should be. (Needs to be under 4) but you can improve that for next time. Plenty of oily fish, avocado, olive oil, and foods with lots of Omega 3 plus at least 30 minutes exercise a day is the way to go. Walking is what I do.
The 60/90 thing is your estimated GFR which is the filtration rate of your kidneys. The goal posts moved a year or so ago. It used to be above 60. It is now above 90. Your 90 is excellent because they only measure up to 90, so you have top marks for that.
