Tuna,People spitting on the floor and ironing.
Had doctors today and whilst I was there I asked about my Hb1ac which I had done last week.
The result he said were 40 he had to double check as he said it was really good.
So although I am unwell at the moment,this has been a good bonus.

Wow those are excellent results well done. Sorry your still not feeling good fingers crossed you feel better soon.
 
image.jpg Everyone I saw another doctor today as it was an emergency appointment so never really spoke about my diabetes but have the DN nurse on the 28th of this month so get more information when I see her.
I have been on the low carb and have been really strict,so hopefully it will go down even more.
Off to bed now Good Night All.
