why can't everyone get on........
no not as such -- it just has a time restriction on it ( mine is currently a 3 year license ) and you are limited in the vehicle categories you can hold. there is a code 01 on mine -- this relates to the fact i wear glasses to drive
but it does not say diabetic on the lisence

thank you,i phoned them up asking them to send me the form to fill in, that was on the 11th june, another is on the way
