As opposed to the scraping of metal on glass..

Felt a cold shiver down my spine looking at that pic Rob, how times have changed.

Did once reuse but in recent years changed the pen needle with every injection.

Remember using a piece of cotton wool pulled off a big roll doused with surgical spirit out of a glass bottle before injecting with those javalins.
