As I said before I almost gave up hope on the diet as at 80kg I was still out of the normal fasting range. However I felt much better in myself one morning and decided to test again, after 6mths of not doing so, and was under 5 and that's where I've stayed. Also I have a viseral fat monitor and after the diet I was still at 14 which is high levels of vis fat.
