hi all i just wondered if anyone knew the actual awarness colour for diabetes?

i have foun 2 diffrent 1's 1 says gray 1 says blue!
help anyone know whats right??

(i ask as now i have been diagnosed i want to do awarness and also my son wants to knit some awarness ribbons :) )

Got to be honest, I had no idea what you were talking about!

I see you have got your answer from those in the know.
 
Downside is that if even diabetics don't know the symbol, nobody else will have any idea why you are wearing the ribbon.
 
Just had a look through that list.. :shock:

Accordingly I should be wearing 7 different ribbons but then again that includes two grey ones.

All too confusing for me. :eh:
 
Lol yeah I would end up been a sea of ribbons!

I am gonna hopefully get a tattoo that says diabetic 2 the 2 will be under the T and they will both be in red then a blue circle round the 2 (hope that makes séance lol)

I read that it was grey because it was a hidden illness.
 
hhhmmmm i need gray ribbon from somewhere :D :lol:
i think the natunal colour (around the world) is blue circle! its a circle to show united againest the desease!!

I always thought Blue Circle was a type of Portland Cement.
