Roasted Cauliflower.

Found this on FB.....

Roasted cauliflower? A whole head of cauliflower? This recipe has you slathering cauliflower in a spicy yogurt marinade and roasting it at a high temperature. The result is an amazingly delicious dish that’s as dramatic in presentation as it is easy in preparation. Serve it with a big green salad (we suggest lime juice and olive oil for the dressing) for an easy weeknight supper.

@HazelD - That does look dramatic. Do you have the recipe too? I'd like to try that some time.

I'm going to try that recipe.
Possibly on Halloween though, with a couple of added eyeballs.
That should freak the kids out.
 
As I love Cauliflower ( cooked and also raw) this sounds very nice, thank you.
 
I had this tonight, so delicious, I could have eaten the lot....but saved half for tomorrow

I've just put it into myfitnesspal, and it comes out at just over 100 calories and 12g carb per serving, assuming 6 servings per head of cauli.

I've been a fan of roast cauli for a while, I'll deffo try this recipe. Such a wonder veg for low carbing isn't it?
 
That would look even more dramatic with a romanesco cauliflower !
 
Mmmm it does look good, never though of doing a cauliflower that way
