Roasted cauliflower? A whole head of cauliflower? This recipe has you slathering cauliflower in a spicy yogurt marinade and roasting it at a high temperature. The result is an amazingly delicious dish that’s as dramatic in presentation as it is easy in preparation. Serve it with a big green salad (we suggest lime juice and olive oil for the dressing) for an easy weeknight supper.

@HazelD - That does look dramatic. Do you have the recipe too? I'd like to try that some time.

Edit: Actually, Dr Google found it for me. I recognise the photo.

I'm going to try that recipe.
Possibly on Halloween though, with a couple of added eyeballs.
That should freak the kids out.

As I love Cauliflower ( cooked and also raw) this sounds very nice, thank you. :)

I had this tonight, so delicious, I could have eaten the lot....but saved half for tomorrow:oops:

Love it!

What a fantastic pic.

Am I the only person thinking of brains, pickled in formaldehyde on shelves in Dr. Frankensteins lab?

I must make it!

I've just put it into myfitnesspal, and it comes out at just over 100 calories and 12g carb per serving, assuming 6 servings per head of cauli.
