I agree with you Julie, such a wonderful character and an all rounder too. I remember the American sit com MORK AND MINDY, that was many years ago now.

RIP to.Mr RW :( and family.
 
from initial reports it looks like a result of depression! The tears of the clown strilke again!

Rrb, I remember Mork &Mindy. Loved all his movies, apart from Flubber. Bicentennial Man was one of my faves also Patch Adams. Such a loss.
 
Such sad news to wake up to, he really was a comedy genius and will long be remembered for his tv , film and stand-up work.

Loved Mork & Mindy in the 70's but Mrs Doubtfire took some beating, especially where he is hovering to Aerosmith's Dude Looks Like a Lady.
 
Was absolutely gutted to find this out this morning. It's like a piece of my childhood is now gone. Plan this evening is to get home and watch Dead Poets' Society... always loved that film :)
 
So sad that he felt this was the only way out. He must have been in a very dark place. Let's hope he's in a better place now. So sad for family, they must be struggling to understand what happened.

Such sad sad news to hear , I know no one actually knew him in person but so many loved to watch him as a great actor . We was all in shock to hear the news I really feel for his family can't even start to imagine how they must be feeling .

Love Mrs Doubtfire, but hubby likes it cos of Areosmith(hubby loves them and the ride at Disney Paris, as all Areosmith music). Reports say hanged himself with a belt, what a loss:(
 
Some fantastic tributes to RW on the news tonight and in the press, he has certainly made his mark on this earth.

Love Aerosmith,the inclusion of the song in Mrs Doubtfire made the film. Can't bear to think of the circumstances in which he died, he must have been in a deep dark place:(
