Absolutely. I did my 2.5K. Took me a ridiculous 19minutes though! Was dragging the dog the whole way!

I don't think Charlie would keep up these days.


Well done on getting out and getting some in even if you did have to persuade the dog.

Rodney is only about to turn 1, he has no excuse for not keeping up! He just didn't want to haha lazy pup

ok gloves are off lol next week....

yes ty the cold wasnt that bad at all everyone around me dying, the worse day of the cold i ran the 13 miles so cant of been that bad

i knew it was fast because i felt sick near the end but didnt expect to take off 1 minute 17 seconds well pleased with myself lol

oh and i just booked my place in the brighton marathon, im running in aid of tadworth childrens trust so now the training begins

I ain't done a Marathon since 1984, I suspect its going to stay that way

Running is a strange beast. One day it just all fits together and you feel like you could run forever and you don't even notice the weather.

3 months in I've still not hit that point! I keep being assured it'll come though so I'm persevering
