Rybelsus did not suit me.  No BS lowering and in a month I actually gained a little weight which was fluid retention.  I was utterly demoralised.  Went to see my diabetic nurse last Thurs who immediately took me off the drug.  I have now been on mounjaro for 1 week,  2.5mg and due to inject again tomorrow. My blood sugars this past week have drastically improved.  Now testing at 6 or 7s instead of mid 20s.Just goes to show not all drugs suit everyone. I am so far thrilled with mounjaro. No side effects apart from feeling cold.</blockquote>
