I lost over 2 stone, am walking more and going to Aquafit twice weekly and eat a high protein diet. I felt great, the tiredness stopped. Now I can’t get hold of it and am back to Metformin, am keeping the weight at bay but have had 3 hypo’s since coming off the Rybelsus and back to that feeling very tired phase. My GP thinks I may need to go on insulin until Rybelsus becomes available again. I think the manufacturers should only make what they are producing at the moment available to diabetic clinic as it is literally life changing to the diabetic community.</p></blockquote><p></p>
