I am still on 7mg raising to 14mg of Rybelsus after a month on 7mg.Not my choice to change as I have been very well controlled with the Ozempic.  I am sure you all know why the medication has been changed.After the 1st week on the Rybelsus I have been feeling very nauseous and not really wanting to eat much. I am hoping this will recede soon.Some of the rare symptoms reported on Rybelsus are a real concern A warning alerts  patients about drug effects that may be dangerous. Semaglutide, the active drug in Rybelsus, has been shown to cause thyroid cancer in animal studies.  Although it also says that it is not known if Rybelsus increases the risk of thyroid cancer in humans.Further the instruction to take it on an empty stomach in the morning with just a sip of water and nothing else - including other medications - for 30 minutes at least, this is a nuisance. My personal feeling is that the NHS should be urgently pressuring to get a decent and regular supply of Ozempic.  Anybody got any comments?</blockquote>
