salad

I like a squirt of lemon with black pepper. Or chilli infused olive oil
 
cold pressed rapeseed oil, a splash of white wine or cider vinegar

flavour with mustard, herbs, chilli etc
 
Oil, preferably olive oil, with crushed garlic, salt, parsley, black pepper and a dash of lemon juice or white wine vinegar. Or you could put some mustard in as well.

Or you can go for the creamier types of dressing with egg yolk.
 
Any dressing using Extra Virgin Olive Oil is good, there's loads to choose from on the net which are low in carbs.
 
Hiya i am type2 and find lemon juice adds flavour to salads, chicken and fish dishes. Mixed seeds also add texture and flavour to salads.
