Hi all. New to the forums and finding all the info very helpful. Hope this is the right place for this question.
I am very sensitive to salicylates (really bad hives/urticaria, ) and some of the low carb options are very high in these.
Has anyone any advice on how to blend low carb / low salicylates into a palatable diet.
