I don't go out of my way to avoid it but as I'm low carbing I don't eat much in the way of processed food so I'm pretty sure I'm not getting the amount we apparently need.

They explain it so well.
I don't think I could do the water in water.
I drink broth. And add salt to food.
Years of low carbing, and regular cramps, and now I supplement potassium and magnesium and take enough salt.
Muscles feeling better, no cramps. Delighted.
