Type 1 Scan error

Hi, I am new to the Freestyle Libre 2 sensor and am using it in conjunction with my android phone. I keep getting a scan error for Novopens, but I don't use a scannable pen. Does any one know how to switch the message off?
 
If you phone Abbott they are very helpful. They talked me through my (different) scan error & have replaced the sensor.
 
Thanks Paule, I gave Abbott a call as suggested and eventually they said it was probably interference with Blue Tooth and that I should switch Blue tooth off. Not a lot of good as I need Blue Tooth switched on for other reasons. So i have to put up with the error messages. Clearly the product has not been tested properly, extremely annoying, but it appears that there is nothing I can do about it.

Oh I am sorry- they were helpful to me, very odd. I’m sure they meant the Bluetooth on the LibeeLink app not the main Bluetooth. I now have the LL Bluetooth off & use Shuggah (Bluetooth on) which also appears on my Apple Watch so easy to track without getting my phone out all the time.
I should add my replacement arrived & fell to pieces on my arm (there was some blood) so they are sending a replacement for the replacement . It’s a brilliant idea & fantastic when it works… but they desperately need to upgrade it.
