Scrambled Eggs Help

Does any "eggie" out there know the counts for an egg please. I have mine scrambled with no milk in and cooked with no oil just a dry cook. Looking things up even if it says no milk it l am guessing assumes cooked with oil or fat of some sort.

Thanks Douglas l wasn't sure if l should base it on a boiled egg as some foods seem to differ when prepared different ways so will do the boiled egg as easiest
