scurvy busting bangers!

OK,it takes less than boiling point to kill Vit C ,something in the 80's I think,(that's 'old money' Fahrenheit)What heat will a sausage be cooked at?
 
You cannot take in too much Vitamin C. Once your body has it's optimum dose then the rest will be excreted.
 
That's true as it is a water soluble vitamin.Although I once drank too much effervescent Vit C to try and stop a cold and has a very immediate reaction to it re being very,very sick indeed!!

Why should anyone think low carbers would go short of VitC anyway. We eat Greens!
