SD Codefree....how do I change settings?

Not sure if it's me being a complete muppet or what but I can't find the answer to this in the instructions with my SD Codefree meter. I set it up without the post meal alarm and wish now that I had put that in. Is it possible to change the settings and if so how do I do it ?

If you still can't get it try reset everything (page 19) the alarm is on page 24!
