SD LMS Monitoring Software

Hi,
I have just started to use the SD Codefree meter. I bought the data cable on eBay from homehealth-uk and although the eBay link to the software didn't work for me I eventually found it on another link.
The software [Setup.SD LMS(v2.0.0.24)] has installed but doesn't recognise the connected meter. I downloaded the manual and found that the software was for 32 bit systems only. [I a have Windows 10 64 bit system]. I tried running the program in different modes but with no success.
Consequently the cable is about to be returned.

However before I do so and return to keeping a paper record I wondered if there was a work around to this problem?

Have you tried contacting Homehealth about availability of 64 bit software?

Otherwise, how techie are you? Apparently according to Wikipedia, there's software (WoW64 - Windows 32-bit on Windows 64-bit) that allows you to run 32 bit software on 64 bit systems. Maybe worth investigating?

Yes I had a reply today from home health with a link to the software user manual. The illustrations in the user manual made it clear that I was trying to use a different program.
I have now installed the new program and it is working well.

I think that as well as the link to the software in the eBay ad the meter manual could be more specific about which of the SD programs to use.
