just google low carb recipes - you will get millions! - there is a good few on here in the recipe section - if you are looking for something specific - e.g. low carb chocolate cake - just type that into google and there is loads of choice - there is probably a low carb alternative for everything - if you have a favourite dish that isn't low carb - just google low carb - whatever the dish is - you will get plenty of ideas - remember to store them or print them off - I print them off and make any personal alterations and stuff them inside a folder then they are always to hand
