Seek assistance in High blood sugar issue

Hi Dear altruists


Hope you all are doing well,.

I want to know something about morning high blood sugar..

I am a single women of 34 year old, I do 9-5 sitting jobs,


I am non diebetes
My morning fasting sugar sometimes show 6 and 6.5 but after meal 1 or 2 hours it shows 5.6-5.8

In a typical day when my fasting sugar 6.2, my whole day result after eating, before bed is around 5-5.8

Am I in high risky position to have diebetes very soon?

We can’t diagnose or give medical advice on the forum, if you are at all concerned about your Blood Glucose numbers you are best making an appointment with your GP to discuss your worries

Could you possibly change your about information under your name as it says you are T2 but in your post you say you aren’t diabetic. It will make it easier for forum members to to share their experiences and tips if they know if you are diagnosed or not and with what type you have.
