Sensitive Issue. Worried

SO I get a good nights sleep after months of being awoken mid sleep to use the bathroom, go through my morning routine and into work. A few hours in I go to take my break...

Here is where things went wrong. In the breakroom, for reasons that are unknown to me I found my self stood over the bin about to relieve myself into it, I came to my senses and ran to the toilet.
This has terrified me. Has it anything to do with my Diabetes or is there something more serious wrong here?

Please help i was lucky this time to come to my senses.

Hahahaha lol. I'm only laughing out of releif . A coulpe of times iv found myself about to into the sink. I also qiute often go to say somthing only to realise I have no clue what was so important only a second or so ago. I even stand up leave the room and then come back in because I have forgoten what I had intended to do. Not sure I can blame it in yhe diabetes though. Iv always been a bit scatty. But is worse when bgs are high
