Sensitve to disabled people

This happened a while ago. In Melbourne, we have roads and tunnels that are toll ways. People have electronic 'tags' attached to the wind screen that emits a beep when passing a gantry....A profoundly deaf woman wrote to the company complaining that due to her disability she cannot hear the beeps. The company being sensitive to their disabled client, promptly replied to her IN BRAILLE!:)
