I’m currently on Libre 2 but about to be moved to Omnipod5 for my pump which I believe needs either Libre2 plus or Dexcom g6 for the AID.
I find the libre2 tracks ok for pattern but is not always that accurate on the precise reading I.e. generally reads 1-2 points lower than BG. I have used xDrip for the last few years which is great as it can basically calibrate the reading from the Libre and move them up a bit and I now use that for my alarms etc.
My concern is with the move to the new pump it will be talking directly to the sensor and making decisions off that data, so if that data is wrong the decisions will be wrong.
Has anyone made the transition from Libre2 to Libre2plus? Was it more accurate? Anyone already on Omnipod5 care to share their experiences of any compatible sensor?
