Hello everyone , For a while no my left leg has felt numb at the thigh however when l stand for more than a few minutes it still feels numb however leaves a sharp uncomfortable pain next to where is numb. Is this neuropathy. Also had a flexible cystoscopy for peeing blood however it is still happening?

Was hoping someone might have knowledge of this to take to GP

Whereas it could be neuropathy it could be other things also, for example sciatica. Like the previous poster said you should take it to a doctor.

It could be sciatica or a pulled ligament in the groin, which can cause nasty pain in the hip and thigh, or it could be something else entirely.

Definitely see a doctor. I had an ongoing hip problem which was nothing to do with diabetes. I recommend trying to pinpoint exactly where the pain is and isn't, and any activities that make it worse. That way hopefully you'll get a quick diagnosis and get it sorted.

What do you mean by the profile name? Do you mean your username or someting else?

Yeh trying to change from Megan as has confused many. The pain is horrible stand , sit or moving very sharp.

I had appendicitis with those symptoms. See gp but if you start vomitting go to a&e. Could be any of the above too. Hope just a quick healing sprain.
