Sexual Dysfunction

I'm type 1 diabetic since last 20 years. I feel I have sexual dysfunction but I don't know which doctor I should consult as I'm planning to get married by end of this year. Should I consult my endocrinologist or gynecologist. Who else is experiencing sexual dysfunction? Need support as its not openly discussed in UAE as societal taboo etc.

If it is such a problem (and personally it would be) consult both doctors.

It can never hurt to have two opinions.
