Morning all,
Just a Quick question, just getting over a cold ive had for 3 or 4 days felt good today so have decided a bit of sprng cleaning in the bathroom was in order, hadn't eaten this morning (not unusual) decided to stop for lunch, started to shake slightly and feeling light headed and a bit sweaty, checked blood 6.9 is it due to recovering from a cold or is it something more worrying.
Thanks.

I'm interested to hear the replies you receive as funnily enough I've felt the same this morning. Had bronchitis and still recovering, have eaten eggs and chicken and still shaky and thumping headache now. Blood is 4.7. But I'm only prediabetic so don't think it's anything...Hope you feel better soon.

This is one of those questions that I expect no one can realistically answer with any degree of credulity. It strikes me as one of those things you only get to understand about your own body.

Is 6.9 high for you? If so then I suspect your liver was being asked to secrete glucose due to you running out of fuel during your activities. But that’s a guess of course.
