Shall I go back to the doctors?

Last week I went to the doctors because I felt a little unwell and my right side was aching. She said I had an ever ask slight bacterial infection (bacteria and blood in my urine) and gave me antibiotics. (A short course only 6) that was last Wednesday. I've woken up feeling a bit sick again and my right side is still aching a little bit (my kidney is leaking protein and I'm on lisinopril for them, but she said it shouldn't be hurting)

If I remember rightly last time this happened, the antibiotics they gave me didn't work. Oh joys
