Type 1 shall i switch to omnipod ?

after 5 years of using medtronic pump i want to switch from (MiniMed 670G) to (omnipod) cause i can use it with my phone and its tubeless is it the right decision?

Hi and welcome to the forum...........I have used omnipod for nearly 7 years and i love it...tubeless , i can wear it in the shower, it is discreet and works well for me.

but currently it is not quite there for operating as a commercially approved closed loop system ( omnipod Horizon )...this is due out in the near future but no launch date yet in the UK ........whereas the medtronic 670G is ready to loop with the guardian sensor if you can afford it or can get it prescribed...

both pumps have their individual plusses and minuses
