sharps bins

I'm really surprised that folks have trouble with their sharps bins. At least our Council seems to have got something right
 
I'm in Ayrshire and I take my full sharps bin to the Doctors surgery and I get a prescription for a new one from the pharmacy.
I've never had a problem.
